However as soon as I saw the name 'Shaun T' I knew this was going to be good, as the Insanity challenge is super huge over here in the UK -and people were getting major results. I was kind of sceptical at first, as you know, people get paid to review things and say 'wow this product is so good' etc, so I was a little hesitant at first. Something to do in my living room, with no people around to see me being awkward? Giving me awkward looks, and get an hours result in 25 minutes?! No brainer on that part! I saw this on TV and thought, this was the break I needed. I struggle with getting motivated and staying interested in workouts, plus I'm crazy self-conscious when I work out in front of people. I haven't been active in some time now and I'm 19 (yes 19 how embarrassing!) and being a performing arts student, I need to be at the top of my game - which I'm really not, I struggle with my weight and fitness and I'm just at rock bottom. I've seen the Insanity challenge floating around, but I didn't have the time, plus I'm not a big fan of exercise, and I mean an hour? Come on, I'm not up for that! Having tried countless workout routines, and not to mention, the dreaded gym - I was failing miserably in my attempts to get fit and tone! I was hoping for some results from this, as I know Shaun delivers what he promises - or so I've heard anyway. Incredibly quick delivery, I was so shocked! I had expected to wait, around what, a week?
