I have noticed that there are small led's in the OBDII connector part of the 2.o Cable, (clear plastic), and they seem to be steadily cycling through Blue, Green, Red (from left to right constantly. When I connect the cable to the OBDII port in the car, I dont get any flashing lights on the dash!. I have bought a tactrix openport cable and I have various versions of Evoscan, (2.1 2.5 2.6 2.7 &2.9), I just got the cable this week, and can't actuate anything or read fault codes.
